B y definition: a ghost is a spirit from the beyond. Well the ghosts we were to become would create the spirit ghosts. The field sergeant continued with the demonstration. The armory for us was quite unique.
The C-12 Canister Rifle. Duel laser sights, twenty round magazines, fifty caliber rounds, twenty times zoom capabilities with enough range to pop a head two miles away. We were also given Butterfly Knifes. A quick clean way to kill someone from behind; stab them in the back of the spinal cord, brain looses connection to the major organs, the target dies in three seconds.

Chapter 2
Sarah Kerrigan. It sounded like a sweet name at first. If only I knew what she would become. It was easy to tell that everyone else on the ship had special conditions. We could just feel it. After the marines organized us all, they took us to the main air lock. PSSSSSS THUD! We finally made contact with the surface.

Chapter 1
When I was young on Earth I was always curious about every last thing. The other kids called me stupid, a freak, or insane; because I would ask questions that would even perplex the teacher. I couldn't help it. It was just in my nature. When I was fifteen I wanted and tried to join the army. But with some 'unique' traits I was denied. For some reason I was the only one I knew that had a strange ability to see into the future, not perfectly but roughly correct, move objects with my mind, and other weird alien like stuff.
